‘ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter, don’t mind’ – Dr. Seuss
Growing up I’ve always been athletic- I love to hike, climb, lift, and play whenever I can. So you’d think that’s why I chose to become a massage therapist. Nah. I never actually had a real massage until after I became a therapist. No, I was told I have strong hands. Ah, the power of suggestion. I very much enjoy helping people feel better and I love to learn. Being a massage therapist has allowed me to put both of these loves into action. That’s why I do what I do.
Working for IMR is the perfect fit for my style of massage. When you in with a specific issue, I can use what I’ve learned from experience and the resources I have here to relieve the pain.
As much as I love my job, my life revolves around m y full time ministry work. I am currently learning the Thai language so I can study I can study the Bible with Thai people in the language of their heart. I also volunteer on construction projects, building or renovating places of worship.
When I’m not busy doing any of these things, I’m traveling.
So there you have it 🙂

Denise Vong

Denise specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, injury & rehabilitation, prenatal, and is certified in Rock Tape.

From the age of 6 to 24, I was a classically trained ballet dancer who evolved into a modern/contemporary teacher and choreographer. My work became more pedestrian; meaning I took casual, mundane, everyday movement and made it aesthetically pleasing. That is when I became extremely curious. I decided to step out of the dance world to pursue health and wellness for others like myself. I didn’t realize that making this move would catapult me to where I am today. I’m pretty sure that my defining moment happened when I was in high school. I did a Physics project on the subject of Centripetal Force and how it applied to a dancer, specifically a ballerina who was turning “en pointe” (the ballet shoes you see them wear that allows them to dance on their toes).  By far one of the coolest things I have ever willingly decided to learn! I’ve since explored as many sports as possible, either by playing it or watching and studying it. I continue to do this now, by seeking all of my continuing education in sports medicine and kinesiology. I want to know why people move that way, what the body goes through when we condition it, healthy habits or bad, how we get injured, and what things I can do to make the recovery process better. The human body is a FASCINATING thing we get to own. All that it embodies, whether it is physical or emotional, plays such big role in what it can do for us. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT for us to take GREAT care of it.

Thomas Steed

Thomas specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, stretching, injury rehabilitation, and migraine headache/neck pain relief.

No matter where you are or what you do, seek passion in it. I am passionate about helping people, which is why I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for almost 10 years. Growing up, I always wanted to improve other people lives; whether through massage therapy, or in the future as a nurse practitioner.

I’m currently enrolled at Nevada State college pursuing a degree in Nursing. I try my best to balance between delivering the best massage possible, studying for school, and raising my beautiful 9 year-old daughter Emily as a single parent. If I have the ability to help you, I will. If not, I will point you in the right direction for those who can.

Roxanne Orona

Roxanne specializes in deep tissue massage, hot stone, prenatal massage, and plantar fasciitis.

I grew up in Chino Hills, CA & moved to Las Vegas, NV in September of 2007. In November of 2007 my cousin moved in with me so that he could follow his passion of mixed martial arts. I had never been exposed to fighting but now was living the life. Over the coming years I saw the wear and tear that was happening to my cousin and his teammates and wanted to find a way to help these guys follow their hearts with less long term damage. I chose massage and decided early on to focus on athletes. I have been fortunate enough to have met and worked on many professional athletes from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Bellator, World Series of Fighting (WSOF), Major League Baseball (MLB) and kickboxing champions from Thailand. I specialize specifically in strikers, grapplers, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters, striking coaches and kick boxers.
Outside of massage my passions include working out (TRX total body work outs, powerlifting & kettlebell work outs), cooking, cosplay, art & crafts and Mixed Martial Arts.
