  •   Well let me start by saying that this place is amazing Crystal did my massage and she was great. I live  in LA my fiance and I took a trip to vegas and I found this place very convenient they have a lot of staff, booking appointments was very simple online.  Honestly I wish there was a place like this in LA, I've tried so many massage spots here in LA  and for some reason they always give a thai massage even when I ask for swedish.  I this case it was very different Crystal is a professional and gave me an amazing swedish massage, my bf was so happy with his aswell.  If could give them 10 STARS I would. Anytime I take trip to Vegas I will definitely make time to go back.

  •   I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.

My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.

My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.

Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.

  •   I had a massage by Kyrie today after 4 days of backpacking and it was amazing! She did a great job adjusting pressure and finding knots that required a little more attention! Today I had a full body for 60 mins and it was amazing next time I will be sure to book for 90. I am very interested to check out the other services they offer and based on other reviews Im sure I will be very pleased!

  •   Well I did some research to find a local therapy type  massage and come upon this spot. They had a lot of positive reviews so decided to give them  a try.  I went through yelp and was sent to their phone bank so I called.... so as a new  person goiNg to this location be aware they will REQUIRE  YOU to give them a CREDIT CARD number over the phone to make an appointment.  I AM OUT!

So the business owner reached out and stated the collection of a credit card "is an industry standard" for their cancelation policy. I have been to spa's and masseurs arounD the world and NEVER once have I had to book an appointment with a credit card. Good luck!
