Well let me start by saying that this place is amazing Crystal did my massage and she was great. I live in LA my fiance and I took a trip to vegas and I found this place very convenient they have a lot of staff, booking appointments was very simple online. Honestly I wish there was a place like this in LA, I've tried so many massage spots here in LA and for some reason they always give a thai massage even when I ask for swedish. I this case it was very different Crystal is a professional and gave me an amazing swedish massage, my bf was so happy with his aswell. If could give them 10 STARS I would. Anytime I take trip to Vegas I will definitely make time to go back.

Cannot say enough how wonderful my first visit was! Friendly front desk staff and welcoming front entrance. Love the food and drink options. I've helped manage a spa in San Diego the last few years and was blown away by my massage therapist, Cassandra! She was in tune with every area of my body and you could really tell she cared and was giving me her all the entire session. I wish I could steal her and bring her back with me! Best massage I've ever had (don't tell my therapists back in SD)
Also loved the Lavender CBD additive to the massage. Thank you!!

First time coming here and right from the beginning I fell in love! The receptionist was super kind, she checked me in, asked if I wanted water or anything. I was quickly led to the massage room with Denise, she is AMAAAZING. I have knots in my neck and shoulders that are super painful and she really cared about focusing on that area specifically. Coming back for sure, and this time getting a longer and CBD infused massage The room was so aesthetically pleasing, dimmed, great diffuser, and calming music. Super clean and pleasing environment, will definitely make it my usual massage heaven!

I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.
My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.
My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.
Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.

My first visit here was phenomenal. Setup an appointment with Cassandra online (totally random, just based upon availability from the website scheduler tool), and once I checked in my appointment started right on time. She briefly consulted me about what I'd like to have work on, if I had any lingering health issues she needed to be aware of and any problem spots I had.
Explained I'd come back from a long 12 hour flight and my neck and shoulders have been jammed ever since. Long story short, she was incredible. I've never had a massage therapist doing more for my neck than she has. She treated a few spots I didn't even know were pressure points, and totally got the knots out of my shoulders and back. I left feeling like an entirely new person. Highly recommend that you ask for her by name. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Cassandra!!
