If you're in need of an excellent, professional and knowledgeable massage therapist in Las Vegas you need to try this place. Not only every single therapist is excellent in massages but they make you feel at home. Never disappoints I've gotten cupping done, by far my favorite. Can't stop raving about this place. Highly, highly recommended

Thomas was wonderful!! Having a neck surgery he knew exactly what to do. The price is worth the professional service you receive!! Was a big fan of Massage Envy when I lived in Florida. But, IMR is my new go to place. Thanks Thomas and your great staff.

Well I did some research to find a local therapy type massage and come upon this spot. They had a lot of positive reviews so decided to give them a try. I went through yelp and was sent to their phone bank so I called.... so as a new person goiNg to this location be aware they will REQUIRE YOU to give them a CREDIT CARD number over the phone to make an appointment. I AM OUT!
So the business owner reached out and stated the collection of a credit card "is an industry standard" for their cancelation policy. I have been to spa's and masseurs arounD the world and NEVER once have I had to book an appointment with a credit card. Good luck!

I had an amazing experience today with Duffy! I wanted to find a massage place that I could go to that didn't have the feeling of a franchise massage place. More of a local feeling! I had been advised of this place a few times before and I'm so happy I finally gave it a try. I've had a strained muscle that has been making breathing painful and I finally got some relief today. Duffy has magic hands and the expertise and experience to make you feel comfortable and in good hands. We talked just enough they I felt comfortable but also got to relax. All around such a great experience. I did a sports massage with an add on of Cbd, it was the best ever. Self care is something that is hard for me to find time for, just like the rest of the world I have a busy job and a family that jam packs my schedule but I'm so excited for my visit next month!

I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.
My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.
My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.
Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.
