Wanted to go off strip to get some real body work done vs. taking my chances of strip hotel spa massage. My shoulder/AC joint was aching, along with a tight back and I can't be at the pool all dayI read good reviews on IMR so made an appointment with Crystal and hopped an Uber to their studio. Crystal was fantastic, really awesome. I could quickly tell she was a seasoned pro with a lot of experience in PT massage. So worth the trip....thanks so much

Ebony was wonderful, felt relaxed and in better condition than when I arrived. The spa is very calming and clean. I really enjoyed my experience and would return for another service. The appointment desk was friendly and a easy process.

If you're in need of an excellent, professional and knowledgeable massage therapist in Las Vegas you need to try this place. Not only every single therapist is excellent in massages but they make you feel at home. Never disappoints I've gotten cupping done, by far my favorite. Can't stop raving about this place. Highly, highly recommended

Found this place from the high reviews on Yelp and made a last minute appointment to work out tension in my neck and shoulders. Denise was absolutely incredible, professional and was very attentive to my specific pain areas. This place deserves a 6th star.

I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.
My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.
My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.
Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.
