  •   If you're in need of an excellent, professional and knowledgeable massage therapist in Las Vegas you need to try this place. Not only every single therapist is excellent in massages but they make you feel at home. Never disappoints
I've gotten cupping done, by far my favorite. Can't stop raving about this place.
    Highly, highly recommended

  •   Have been here twice. Once by myself and the second I brought my mom in for her birthday. Very easy to find and very friendly when you walk in.

I scheduled both times with Cassandra and she's just amazing. Very friendly and professional. The first time I ever got a massage and she made me feel very comfortable. I felt even better the days following the massage. Even when I get back on the gym I feel fantastic and more flexible.

Will definitely be back for my own self care. I am very glad I discovered this place and will be recommending this place due to its professional staff and the availability that fits my schedule.

  •   Go see Kyrie!!!!! She is the BEST of the BEST! She knows her stuff. 100% positive you will love her; I've had many many many massages by different people and she is by far the best and is so client focused. I appreciated that the manager reached out to me after receiving a massage I wasn't happy with and offered a complimentary massage to make up for it. I've had a few massages at this place in the past and have enjoyed them, except for the past one I wasn't happy with. The therapist wasn't a good fit for me. It felt as if she only used her fingers/finger tips and was super inconsistent with pressure. I don't want to put her name on blast but it definitely was NOT KYRIE! Kyrie is my new go-to therapist. Towards the middle of my massage I was convinced it was a 90min massage instead of the 60min I schedule- but it wasn't! I don't know how she made it seem so long but it was great! She took her time, was super consistent with pressure, and massaged muscles at every angle (she would position my arm in different ways while massaging the same muscle and I could really tell that it was helping the whole muscle). Basically, anything you would enjoy about a massage, she does it!

  •   Let me start out by saying I have been practicing as a massage therapist for 11 years, and I have a very temperamental body that requires a thoughtful and skilled therapist.  Many times I hesitate to get worked on because while I can take deep work, my joints shift out of place easily, and I cant have certain techniques performed around specific areas. Its hard for many therapists to find a balance.  However imr has such glowing reviews and my body has been needing to get unlocked badly.  I wanted to finally try cupping because I know it can be a great way to release fascia, and this is what they specialize in.

The space is modern and inviting. The prices are also competitive considering they have seasoned massage therapists who are trained in more advanced deep work.  Denise was my massage therapist, and her background in dance also gives her another layer of understanding in the human body. She does a very thorough intake, and listened to all my quirks.  When I let her know I could take pressure she had no problem adjusting, and I was given one of the best massages I have had in a long time. She is methodical and thoughtful in her approach and the cupping really helped release my upper carriage of my body.  I am so glad this location is down the road, and I will start getting back into receiving regular body work again.

  •   I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.

My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.

My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.

Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.
