I've been to see Matt Navarrette at IMR Massage twice now (for a 60 minute and then a 90 minute session), and both visits were among the best massages I can remember. I'm a long distance runner who works at a computer all day, so both my hips & IT bands and my neck & shoulders are generally a wreck. Matt's technique for deep tissue massage is slow, methodical, and kind of miraculous. He works steadily across the problem areas and manages your time very well. Nothing felt rushed, and I left feeling more loose relaxed than I had in weeks. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
The facility itself is nice, the front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and overall I'm incredibly happy. I just wish I actually lived in Vegas and could take advantage of their membership program. For now, I'll just have to book an appointment with Matt every time I'm in town!

Have been here twice. Once by myself and the second I brought my mom in for her birthday. Very easy to find and very friendly when you walk in.
I scheduled both times with Cassandra and she's just amazing. Very friendly and professional. The first time I ever got a massage and she made me feel very comfortable. I felt even better the days following the massage. Even when I get back on the gym I feel fantastic and more flexible.
Will definitely be back for my own self care. I am very glad I discovered this place and will be recommending this place due to its professional staff and the availability that fits my schedule.

I had a massage by Kyrie today after 4 days of backpacking and it was amazing! She did a great job adjusting pressure and finding knots that required a little more attention! Today I had a full body for 60 mins and it was amazing next time I will be sure to book for 90. I am very interested to check out the other services they offer and based on other reviews Im sure I will be very pleased!

I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.
My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.
My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.
Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.

Wanted to go off strip to get some real body work done vs. taking my chances of strip hotel spa massage. My shoulder/AC joint was aching, along with a tight back and I can't be at the pool all dayI read good reviews on IMR so made an appointment with Crystal and hopped an Uber to their studio. Crystal was fantastic, really awesome. I could quickly tell she was a seasoned pro with a lot of experience in PT massage. So worth the trip....thanks so much
