Best kept secret ! I have been here twice and always dream of coming back. I first came and got a 60 min massage added with cupping. The second time I came was a CBD massage and it honestly changed my life because I have tried cupping before and yes it does help with circulation but I have always wanted to be so relaxed that i fell asleep in a massage. I was so relaxed my arm fell off the bed. Ever since I had this massage I think about it everyday. I am pretty much on my way now to get some CBD and will be back again for more and more !!

One of the best massages I've ever had. I almost feel asleep I was so relaxed. Kyrie was amazing! I had the 90 min rose quartz Gua Sha massage. My face felt amazing after the Gua Sha massage.

First time coming here and right from the beginning I fell in love! The receptionist was super kind, she checked me in, asked if I wanted water or anything. I was quickly led to the massage room with Denise, she is AMAAAZING. I have knots in my neck and shoulders that are super painful and she really cared about focusing on that area specifically. Coming back for sure, and this time getting a longer and CBD infused massage The room was so aesthetically pleasing, dimmed, great diffuser, and calming music. Super clean and pleasing environment, will definitely make it my usual massage heaven!

I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.
My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.
My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.
Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.
