  •   Thomas was wonderful!! Having a neck surgery he knew exactly what to do. The price is worth the professional service you receive!! Was a big fan of Massage Envy when I lived in Florida. But, IMR is my new go to place. Thanks Thomas and your great staff.

  •   IMR is my go to for a really great massage! Every time I get to IMR it's an immediate sense of tranquility. The owner must've put her time in with the place bc the decor and art is everything! The receptionist Alex is always prompt and smiling every time I arrive. Already knowledgeable on what I'm there for. She pulls up my name and directs me to my therapist for the next hour or so. She also is great at picking the CBD rubs that I would like during my session. I believe last time the therapist forgot it but alex had it ready out front of the door so we didn't miss any time away from our massage! Lavender is freaking amazing. Matt is one of my favorite massage therapist! Super friendly and ready to go with my massage. His music is always a great choice which I think is important in every session. I have a lot of knots because of my job and I'm very tense on one side of my body. He goes very slow and gets everything without making me extremely sore and nervous each time I get a massage! No one wants to be in pain while in such a therapeutic environment. Matt and Alex were awesome and I would definitely come back! 10/10
Also the sauna rooms they have are amazzzzingggg!!!
I've never felt more relaxed after a private yoga session with myself at IMR
Very awesome hidden gem in henderson

  •   Wonderful place!
Very professional, didn't fling sheets around. Tucked them nice and neat around legs.
Girlfriend doesn't wear underwear, and she felt very comfortable.
Also enjoyed the sonos speaker(high quality speaker), therapist asked if I had any music requests.
    Would recommend this place.

  •   Go see Kyrie!!!!! She is the BEST of the BEST! She knows her stuff. 100% positive you will love her; I've had many many many massages by different people and she is by far the best and is so client focused. I appreciated that the manager reached out to me after receiving a massage I wasn't happy with and offered a complimentary massage to make up for it. I've had a few massages at this place in the past and have enjoyed them, except for the past one I wasn't happy with. The therapist wasn't a good fit for me. It felt as if she only used her fingers/finger tips and was super inconsistent with pressure. I don't want to put her name on blast but it definitely was NOT KYRIE! Kyrie is my new go-to therapist. Towards the middle of my massage I was convinced it was a 90min massage instead of the 60min I schedule- but it wasn't! I don't know how she made it seem so long but it was great! She took her time, was super consistent with pressure, and massaged muscles at every angle (she would position my arm in different ways while massaging the same muscle and I could really tell that it was helping the whole muscle). Basically, anything you would enjoy about a massage, she does it!

  •   I was recently in a car accident and experiencing some pain due to whiplash. I knew massage would help, so I took to Yelp to find a local therapist. IMR Massage was a top result, and I decided to book with them (despite their premium prices) based on their glowing reviews specifically for post-accident "medical" massage therapy.

My first visit was an unmitigated disaster - easily the worst massage I have ever received! The "therapist" had a skills commensurate with what I'd expect from a random person off the street. To his credit, he interviewed me about my condition and checked in about pressure preferences, which he accommodated. However, my issue was not the pressure, but his technique. He had only a few moves in his quiver - bluntly rolling a knot in my shoulder back and forth over and over, roughly "plucking" the muscles along my spine against the grain, and rubbing open palms up and down my back. The first two moves became so painful I had to ask him to stop. He then simply rubbed up and down my back for at least 30 minutes - no kneading, no targeted pressure, nothing. I was so shocked and uncomfortable throughout the whole process, I contemplated getting up and leaving. Unfortunately I chose to stay, and ended up in more pain than when I arrived (not "good pain" from grinding things out). When the receptionist asked how my massage was, I took a deep breath and shared that it was a surprisingly painful, disappointing experience. She was very apologetic and offered me a comped session if I would come back for another try, which I accepted.

My second visit was a few days later - and it was great! Michael was my therapist this time around, and he was careful to ask lots of questions, start off slow and gentle, and check in with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was a night-and-day improvement over the first. Michael used several effective techniques that demonstrated his skill as a trained, professional massage therapist. In the end, I felt quite a bit of relief!

I am very grateful for the excellent customer service. IMR took me seriously, and made sure I got what I was looking for. Crap happens - not every service encounter is going to be excellent - but IMR showed their integrity in their desire to make things right.

Would I go back? Yes! Would I recommend IMR? Yes, with one caveat - know your therapist.
