  •   IMR is my go to for a really great massage! Every time I get to IMR it's an immediate sense of tranquility. The owner must've put her time in with the place bc the decor and art is everything! The receptionist Alex is always prompt and smiling every time I arrive. Already knowledgeable on what I'm there for. She pulls up my name and directs me to my therapist for the next hour or so. She also is great at picking the CBD rubs that I would like during my session. I believe last time the therapist forgot it but alex had it ready out front of the door so we didn't miss any time away from our massage! Lavender is freaking amazing. Matt is one of my favorite massage therapist! Super friendly and ready to go with my massage. His music is always a great choice which I think is important in every session. I have a lot of knots because of my job and I'm very tense on one side of my body. He goes very slow and gets everything without making me extremely sore and nervous each time I get a massage! No one wants to be in pain while in such a therapeutic environment. Matt and Alex were awesome and I would definitely come back! 10/10
Also the sauna rooms they have are amazzzzingggg!!!

  •   Best massage I have had in years, maybe ever. My boyfriend and I both workout/hike regularly and have gotten deep tissue massages for years, and we agree that IMR has some of the best therapists we've ever been to. (The rooms are also very clean/tranquil!)

My boyfriend, who works as a travel nurse, highly recommends Luna for deep pressure, as well as Cassandra. I have only been to Cassandra, but I will go back to her for as long as we're living in Vegas - she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the body.

My boyfriend had one instance where he booked blindly online and the therapist was not a good fit for the deep pressure he prefers, but upon speaking with Erica at IMR, he was able to come back in and see a different therapist so his needs were met - we have been so impressed by their amazing, above & beyond customer service here and I cannot recommend them enough. Call today to see which therapist will best meet your needs, and go enjoy the best massage in Nevada!

  •   Best massage ever

Had a couples massage, with Aaron and Anna as our masseuses. Hubby had Aaron, I had Anna. Hubby said Aaron got all him knots out and did a great job. Anna listened to my concerns and applied them to my massage. She was thoughtful and methodical with very fluid and well connected movements.
I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by the quality of my massage here at IMR. Worth the drive, even if you are a visitor to Vegas.
    Will come back for sure

  •   I've been coming to see Roxanne for years. She is very intuitive and knows exactly where you need help. She may be little but don't let that fool you, she's got a ton of strength! If you need a massage, go see Roxanne. And drink a ton of water afterwards because you are going to release a bunch of toxins!!!

  •   The high reviews from IMR piqued my interest. I visited their website to do a little research and scheduled an appointment online. I think their online scheduling system is organized and user-friendly; the process was simple and straightforward. My visit was about a couple of weeks ago.

    Let's start with the good...

The facility is clean, well-decorated and gives off a relaxing vibe. They offer infused water and tea in the waiting area. When I used their restroom, I saw that they had a shower with robes, towels and wash cloths.

Treatment rooms are spacious. My room had an air purifier and oil diffuser. The lighting was fixed on a dim setting and the music was pleasant and tranquil.

Based on his background and glowing reviews, I chose to schedule an appointment with Matt. He is amazing--  an extremely skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. I read his background on the website and was impressed with his training. He was personable and genuinely interested in my reasons for acquiring massage therapy. He listened and made adjustments to treat my specific problem areas. He used deep pressure, based on my request, and did not hold back. His pressure remained the same throughout the entire session. At other places, some massage therapists appear 'weaker' as the session gets closer to the 60 or 90 minute mark - not Matt!

    Areas of improvement:

Front desk employee's customer service and organization skills. I was greeted when I walked in with a rushed, "Hi!" When I introduced myself, she responded with a short, "I know." Then asked me if I needed to use the restroom.

As I walked back to the front (after my session) to pay, I inquired about their membership program. I wanted to compare it to the one I already have with another company. She did not explain it - she said that she would email me. Really? Wow! The place was completely empty.

That's not the worse part...I never got an email.

I've done consulting before and it's so sad when business  owners don't realize how their employees behave when no one is looking. The front desk position is an extremely vital part of the business. The person you hire is the 'face' of your company. They have the first and last encounters with your clients; therefore, their customer service skills should be solid.

5 stars for Matt and his superb skills, but 2 stars for the front desk (I don't want to ruin IMR's high rating so gave them a 4). Her interactions and customer service skills are below average. The pricing is a little above average, so I expected better. I still would come back because of Matt, but I hope that IMR can train their employees to be more hospitable. How many more memberships are slipping through the cracks because your employee didn't care to follow up or explain the program?

Overall, I still think this is a great business. They have a unique set of offerings: Kinesiology Taping, Therapeutic/Sports/Medical Massage, Assisted Stretch Therapy, Cupping and Infared Sauna treatments
