  •   I'm from out of town and desperately needed a deep tissue massage. It's hard to find a therapist who can perform the deep pressure I require. I was assigned to a therapist named Aaron. After speaking a few moments with him about my problem areas he quickly got to work and I feel fantastic! If you're athletic and have lots of deep, stubborn knots, I highly recommend you see him ASAP. He's very polite, listens carefully, and is a pro at what he does. The staff and front desk that works here is top notch. Making a reservation was quick and easy and they are all very friendly. Unlike other places I've called, I did not feel rushed when speaking to them on the phone as I was telling them what I was looking for. Thank you all for making this process quick and easy. I feel great. Highly recommend this place for all you body care needs!

  •   I was visiting Las Vegas for a few days as a full-time RV'er when I realized I was getting really sore from all of the driving. I also hadn't had a massage for 9 months due to the pandemic. I was able to make an appointment quickly at IMR and was massaged by Michael Sunder, who was nothing short of amazing. He focused on engaging specific pressure points which hurt at first but then felt so good afterward. I left there feeling like a new person. He also took time to share various stretches that I can do to help alleviate tightness going forward. I will be coming back next time I'm in town and asking for Michael!

  •   The high reviews from IMR piqued my interest. I visited their website to do a little research and scheduled an appointment online. I think their online scheduling system is organized and user-friendly; the process was simple and straightforward. My visit was about a couple of weeks ago.

    Let's start with the good...

The facility is clean, well-decorated and gives off a relaxing vibe. They offer infused water and tea in the waiting area. When I used their restroom, I saw that they had a shower with robes, towels and wash cloths.

Treatment rooms are spacious. My room had an air purifier and oil diffuser. The lighting was fixed on a dim setting and the music was pleasant and tranquil.

Based on his background and glowing reviews, I chose to schedule an appointment with Matt. He is amazing--  an extremely skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. I read his background on the website and was impressed with his training. He was personable and genuinely interested in my reasons for acquiring massage therapy. He listened and made adjustments to treat my specific problem areas. He used deep pressure, based on my request, and did not hold back. His pressure remained the same throughout the entire session. At other places, some massage therapists appear 'weaker' as the session gets closer to the 60 or 90 minute mark - not Matt!

    Areas of improvement:

Front desk employee's customer service and organization skills. I was greeted when I walked in with a rushed, "Hi!" When I introduced myself, she responded with a short, "I know." Then asked me if I needed to use the restroom.

As I walked back to the front (after my session) to pay, I inquired about their membership program. I wanted to compare it to the one I already have with another company. She did not explain it - she said that she would email me. Really? Wow! The place was completely empty.

That's not the worse part...I never got an email.

I've done consulting before and it's so sad when business  owners don't realize how their employees behave when no one is looking. The front desk position is an extremely vital part of the business. The person you hire is the 'face' of your company. They have the first and last encounters with your clients; therefore, their customer service skills should be solid.

5 stars for Matt and his superb skills, but 2 stars for the front desk (I don't want to ruin IMR's high rating so gave them a 4). Her interactions and customer service skills are below average. The pricing is a little above average, so I expected better. I still would come back because of Matt, but I hope that IMR can train their employees to be more hospitable. How many more memberships are slipping through the cracks because your employee didn't care to follow up or explain the program?

Overall, I still think this is a great business. They have a unique set of offerings: Kinesiology Taping, Therapeutic/Sports/Medical Massage, Assisted Stretch Therapy, Cupping and Infared Sauna treatments

  •   Another amazing deep tissue massage with Crystal.  She definitely knows how to work every knot out of my tired achy body! The rooms are immaculate, quiet and everyone is wearing a mask.  You can even request a favorite type of music while you drift off into your own personal nirvana...

  •   If it weren't for Roxanne I would be a cripple, after years of failed chiropractors and doctors I found someone that actually healed me and continues to do so. Her knowledge of her craft is the best I've ever seen. The times when I get to visit her are the ones I look forward too. I come in with lowe back and shoulder pain chronically and I leave feeling 10,434x better. Both my wife and I go to Roxanne religiously.  Not only is she the BEST massage therapist on the planet but she's also a completely awesome person, non stop laughs. We are better people for knowing her.   Thank you Roxanne and thank you IMR for having her there. I genuinely don't know what I'd do w/o her.
